Friday, July 9, 2010 was proclaimed Peter Case Day in Santa Monica, California, the city that Peter has called home for the past 20 years. City Councilman Kevin McKeown was on hand that night at McCabe’s Guitar Shop to read the proclamation. Some people will feel uncomfortable with the running clothes under the eyes of the public. They think that all the people are staring at them. I know this feeling and I have this kind of feeling before. I always run in the empty road. I often jog in the rare place. But now I find that secretly running is unnecessary. A large amounts of human is jealous of your jogging movement. And people always consider their own things. People won’t pay attention to the joggers. In their view, runners just the part of the beautiful scenery. In the moment, people can see that the splendid setting is indispensable section of busy life.
In my place, I know that I am a part of these quarters.

The young generation always smiles to me. And adults wave to me friendly. If I run in the road they will join me. We all get along very well.

And if you live in this place you will have the same feeling. If you want to jog easily you must know the techniques of jogging. The running technology is easy to learn. Do you remember your first time to play tennis? If you just follow your teacher’s skills to practice you will find that play tennis is weird. But running is not like that. No one needs to be told how to jog. Once you start to jog you can see that jogging is an easy sport. But you have to know the posture of running. The master jogging position is jogging freely. Your body is a unique biological mechanical system.

There is no same machine in this world. It has its own gravity center and joint engagement way. That is why we have to build our own running posture. You’d better draw up your body while jogging. You should own an easy mood. When you are running you don’t worry about the size of your steps. You jog with natural pose. You must in a correct jogging way to avoid unnecessary pain. Joggers must have a health breathing. If you run in a slow speed you don’t need to open your mouth widely. On the contrary you’d better breathe through the mouth to get enough air. According to the misunderstanding opinion, the majority of joggers think that they shouldn’t open mouth while jogging. In the process of jogging people must keep these principles in mind. But you shouldn’t let it destroy your running plan. You should remember that running is not only for the good health. It is also for fun. Running is a good way to get rid of the busy business. Running is a kind of enjoyment. If joggers pay more attention to seek jogging pleasure they will see that their body becomes stronger and stronger.

As long as you find a suitable path, you can see that life is amazing and wonderful. I want to have the spirit of joggers. Running is the best way to let me up. In a word jogging may cure our heart. When you are in the bad mood, you can run. We must remember that running is our best friend.

The Sky

Mazda is an all-new line of powertrains dubbed SKY. It is so friendly with environment. Mazda chose the name SKY to reflect a desire to ensure an “everlasting blue sky” under which drivers will always be able to experience the joy of driving.

The concept also embodies the “sky is the limit” aspirations of Mazda’s engineers as they create and produce innovative vehicles with optimum performance.

The SKY-G model will be the core powertrain in future Mazda vehicles and will be available at the beginning of 2011. The SKY-D is due to be available a little later, in 2012, and is a great opportunity for Mazda to showcase their ability to produce a non-hybrid car capable of delivering fuel economy equal to hybrids, but at a more affordable price.

was sky high supposed to be based in oklahoma??? like where they live… i know it was actually filmed in LA… but in the dad’s yearbook they did the play oklahoma, and usually the schools that put on that play are in oklahoma…

i don’t think it was specifically set anywhere. i think the idea was that they wanted it to be set anywhere so that the viewer could better imagine that the movie was set where they live.

but i assure you, many schools put on the play oklahoma. it’s not only schools in oklahoma who do it =]
